Each customer is assigned a dedicated Customer Success Executive to lead the initial implementation and as an ongoing resource to help each business maximize the value of their ROO.AI project. An implementation lead will be assigned to the customer to maintain continuity and knowledge of the customer’s needs within the ROO.AI Concierge service. In addition, ROO.AI’s Customer Support team monitors the electronic support channels to respond to any questions.
Inspections and work instructions can be created by the ROO.AI team using the customers existing forms or spreadsheets. No documentation, no problem.
